Scoring Guides and Rubrics can be used by the kids to create a roadmap and for formative self-assessment.

START Tool, Green Schools Alliance
The Sustainability Tracking and Roadmap Tool is one of the most powerful tools my students and I have used. Students, teachers, and administrators can use it to benchmark progress toward a National Green Ribbon Award. It provides achievable starting points for those overwhelmed by the process of creating a more sustainable school.
